Today was our last day in Chicago. There wasn’t enough time to really do much before we got back on the road other than grab a good brunch. Per friend recommendation we went to Yolk. I had the Banana-Blue Crunch Cakes, and a glass of strawberry-orange juice. The pancakes were made with multigrain batter loaded with granola and fresh blueberries, topped with bananas, and drizzled with honey. They were fantastic!
