Day 61/366

Another page, another chapter. A good friend of mine is moving back to Idaho now that he has finished his Master’s at SIUE. There is a lot of transition going on amongst myself and my friends. We’ve all graduated from one program or another, and we’re all looking to start our respective careers. I guess it’s only logical that these paths would separate us, but it doesn’t make the goodbyes any easier. To celebrate this fork in the road we went to our favorite watering hole, Global Brew Tap House and Lounge. It’s one of the few places in the area that serves good beer (read: not budweiser), and we’re all fans of a good microbrew. Their tap selection is somewhere around 50, plus about 150 to 200 different bottles on hand. I started the evening with a Bell’s Hopslam : )
